2. Overview of Data Processing

This website introduces WorkBrief — an AI-assisted app that transforms work documents into executable task packages. The product is currently in early access.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics software, or advertising trackers. The only data processing occurs in connection with the early access form (see Section 3).

3. Data We Collect

Email Address (Early Access)
When you register for early access, we collect your email address. This is used exclusively to notify you about WorkBrief's availability.

IP Address
Your IP address is transmitted when you access the website for technical reasons. It is not stored permanently.

Theme and Language Preferences
Your preferred language (German/English) and your preferred color scheme (light/dark) are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This data does not leave your device.

4. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

Notifying you about WorkBrief's availability (early access)
Responding to your inquiries
Providing the website in your preferred language and color scheme

Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

5. Legal Basis

The processing of your email address is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You give this consent by submitting the early access form. You can revoke your consent at any time. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until the revocation. To exercise your revocation, an informal message to business@moinsen.dev is sufficient.

6. Retention Period

Your early access data will be deleted as soon as WorkBrief becomes generally available or when you request deletion of your data beforehand. In any case, the data will be deleted no later than 24 months after your registration.

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address to protect the website and provide the service.
